I’m recovering from anorexia nervosa and my body doesn’t produce the digestive enzymes I need. This is the best digestive enzyme I’ve tried. Others caused acid discomfort or weren’t potent enough. This is the perfect blend for me. I take 1 right before I begin a meal. If I am going to eat a lot of beef I take 2, but 1 does the job for most meals. After finding this supplement I no longer feel the need to take a nap after I eat.
