How to use CBD & Curcumin Balm: Check the label on the jar for exact instructions. Apply CBD & Curcumin Balm sparingly to coat the afflicted area. Gently massage the CBD & Curcumin Balm into the skin, leaving behind no visible cream. Immediately wash your hands with soap and water following CBD & Curcumin Balm application, unless your hands are part of the affected area. If your hands are a site of interest, wait 30 minutes for the CBD & Curcumin Balm to absorb before washing. While waiting, avoid touching broken or inflamed skin; contact lenses; your eyes, nose, mouth, or other mucous membranes; or other sensitive areas.

Do not apply to open wounds on the skin. Do not conceal the affected area in bandages or wraps. Do not apply CBD & Curcumin Balm before or while using a heating pad. Do not reveal the affected area to sources of heat or direct sunlight. Warm or hot water, sunlight, or any other heat source may increase the probability of burning or itching. Do not use CBD & Curcumin Balm immediately after taking a bath, using a hot tub or jacuzzi, going swimming, sunbathing, or exposure to heat, as your pores will be more open and can result in further absorption.

Important safety information: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, and mouth. In the event of accidental exposure of CBD & Curcumin Balm into your eyes, rinse immediately with cool water. Do not use more than is explicitly recommended on the label; more is not better and large amounts of CBD & Curcumin Balm will increase your likelihood of itching, burning or irritation.
