OxyLife Nutritional Supplements currently ships to domestic locations in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, as well as international locations. Any free-shipping item will be sent using the US Post Office.
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, and most orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM MST will ship the same day. For expedited service, OxyLife Nutritional Supplements offers UPS shipping at an additional cost. 3-day, 2-day, and next day shipment options are available, as well as ground service for the most complete and thorough order tracking. Keep in mind that UPS only operates Monday–Friday, so an overnight order shipped on Friday will not arrive until Monday, the next business day. If you have an exact date and time that you need your shipment by, it is best to call customer service at 877.982.9800 prior to placing your order so we can select the appropriate carrier.
Any order outside of the US will be charged $25 for international shipping fees via USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped via the USPS Priority Mail International service can take approximately 1–3 weeks for delivery. Most carriers, such as China Post, will have additional tracking information available on their website once they have taken possession of a shipment. It is important to track your shipment from both the USPS.com website, and the site of your respective postal carrier to get a full picture of where the parcel is in the delivery process.
OxyLife Nutritional Supplements is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance. As always, customers outside the US may be subject to additional fees and charges. We ask that you please be aware of local customs and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance, including duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
TAX POLICY
All orders being shipped to a location within California will incur 8.75% sales tax on all products.
SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. In rare occasions, other carriers such as FedEx or DHL may be utilized at the discretion of OxyLife Nutritional Supplements. If UPS shipping is not available in your area, or the delivery address is a PO Box, your package will be shipped automatically via USPS. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority service depending on weight.
BACK ORDERED ITEMS
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item is back ordered, we will notify you of this delay via email (or by phone if email is unavailable) and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Payment for back ordered items will occur when the item is back in stock and subsequently shipped.
Under no circumstance will OxyLife Nutritional Supplements take payment for an out-of-stock item unless explicitly requested to do so by the client. If your order contains multiple items, you will be given the option as to whether you would like the order shipped in full when the back ordered item is back in stock, or whether you would like the in-stock items shipped first, with the back ordered item shipping as soon as it is back in stock. OxyLife Nutritional Supplements will not charge any additional fees to split the shipment in this instance.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking within 24 hours of the item being shipped. Tracking information through USPS is dependent on the item being scanned, and may not display much information until the item is confirmed as delivered. International orders sent with USPS Priority Mail Service have limited tracking functionality but may be traceable on the local postal carrier’s website using the same tracking number. For instance, a parcel shipping to Vancouver, BC Canada with tracking number USA12345 may be traceable using the same number on the Canada Post website once the item has been transferred from the USPS to Canada Post (usually once the item enters customs processing).
